Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good view. The facilities such as a lounge area and a coffeemaker were available. The property's location was marvellous and fantastic, to everything easy to get around. You can find Belcanto very close to the hotel to a have lunch.

It is an enjoyable base for a city break. The location is absolutely wonderful in a very popular area, near so many tourist attractions as well as Alfama and Chiado. There is dessert restaurant Santini Chiado, set 400 metres walk away.

I spend 5 nights in Lisbon lovely. The room was impressive and absolutely fabulous when upgraded with coffee, a surrounding balcony, excellent air conditioning. The location in a very popular area was marvellous and there were shops and supermarkets nearby. Baixa-Chiado tube station was 15 min away.

The location of the hotel was picturesque, the staff were eager to help, we loved an INCREDIBLE experience. Everything was excellent during our stay yet disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom. Property was centrally located and had a minimalistic decor.
